HI! I’M VICTORIA
An expert in creative translation and localisation. Since 2012, I’ve been helping words written in English find a new home in the Spanish-speaking world, while also providing linguistic support for both original and translated texts. My areas of specialisation include literature, art and the humanities, as well as ICT and digital marketing.
I graduated as a Public Translator of English at the National University of Córdoba in Argentina and hold a Master’s degree in Literary and Humanistic Translation from ISTRAD, Spain. My academic background, together with studies in writing and copy-editing, has allowed me to work with global companies, organisations, and clients that demand the highest quality standards.
A COLLABORATIVE PATH
Homing Words started in 2014 as a professional identity and, in June 2024, it evolved into a more collaborative endeavour. I wanted to translate literature, and to do so not only on my own but also alongside colleagues and friends. That’s why I created this petite editorial initiative around the idea of Women Who Translate Women.
Coordinating this literary adventure is both an honour and a joy. Each project is enriched by the commitment, knowledge, and sensitivity of the women who bring it to life.
