About Homing Words

Homing Words takes its name from “homing pigeons.” This idea is our way of celebrating the work we do every day: like those birds, we carry messages—stories, poems, voices—into Spanish, our mother tongue, our home.

The initiative Women Who Translate Women focuses on translating and publishing works written by women authors and poets, both contemporary and from the past.
